Residential apartments 1, Bečići

Our involvement included design and supervision of apartment complext in Bečići, Montenegro. We meticulously crafted the architectural design, encompassing both conceptual and detailed planning stages, to create a residential complex of exceptional quality and functionality. Situated in the picturesque coastal town of Becici, the building boasts a distinctive design tailored to maximize ocean views for a significant portion of its apartments. The structure, spanning ground floor plus six additional levels, spans a total area of 5,308 square meters and features a diverse range of residential units varying in size and layout.
